About Kaja S. Selvig
Kaja has been part of ECIT Law Advokater since 2019, where she has held positions as a trainee, associate and now attorney.
Kaja's primary areas of work include insolvency and bankruptcy law, where she assists the liquidator in cases before the district court and has acquired in-depth knowledge of practical estate administration. Furthermore, Kaja has experience in real estate, where she assists appointed liquidators in forced sale cases before the district court.
Kaja also works with employment law advice and dispute resolution, especially related to downsizing and termination processes. In addition, Kaja handles forced collection of monetary claims for both private individuals and companies, as well as assignments within contract and purchase law.
