Trainee

As a trainee, you get to work closely with our skilled lawyers across our expertise areas, you get to work on various tasks and you get to know us well as a company. Our trainees are employed on a permanent basis, which provides a unique opportunity to develop all the way from a trainee to a lawyer with us.

Associate

Our aim is that, during the time as an associate here with us, new graduates are able to to develop, both professionally and personally. During the employment, each associate will be followed up closely by a responsible lawyer and will have influence to which areas of law are to be prioritized and given particular emphasis. There will also be an opportunity to work across disciplines and with several of our talented employees. We strive for the associate to be allowed to carry out the required trial cases before the end of the two-year period where this is the associate's wish and aim.

Lawyer/partner

We believe in the idea that a bigger team finds better solutions and aim to constantly expand our team and our presence. Therefore we are always looking for legal entrepreneurs who will contribute to developing the company forward as tomorrows law firm. ECIT Law is currently present at four locations in Norway. We aim to expand our presence to more Norwegian cities and other Nordic countries.
