About Bente Halvorsen
Bente's main areas of expertise are tax law, company law and property transactions.
Bente has broad experience with tax legal advise related to both businesses and private individuals, including dialogue with the tax authorities. She aslo has extensive experience in equity transactions, including fissions, mergers, capital changes and transactions between a company and the owner. Furthermore, she has experience related to the establishment of holding structures and the preparation of shareholder agreements between cooperating owners.
In addition, Bente assits in property transactions; execution of due diligence, preparation of contracts and holds a license as a settlement officer. She also has experience in structuring and development and property projects with a focus on tax optimization and company law organisation.
