Erica is an associate at ECIT Law, focusing primarily on corporate law and employment law. Prior to assuming her role as an associate in August 2026, she worked as a trainee at the firm. During her traineeship, she handled matters involving contract law, employment law and corporate law, as well as cases related to bankruptcy and forced sales. She also has experience with transatctions and other corporate reorganizations.

Erica has a particular professional interest in corporate law and wrote her master's thesis in this field. During her studies, she also specialized in EU law, including competition law and intellectual property law.
